Miroslava Georgieva has been a Project Coordinator at Tulip Foundation – Bulgaria since 2008. Tulip Foundation is a grant-giving organisation focused on capacity building and support. Tulip’s mission is to encourage social responsibility in Bulgarian society by stimulating cooperation between civil society, corporate sector, national and local authorities to improve quality of life and developmental opportunities for the people of Bulgaria. Part of Mira’s job includes training of NGOs representatives working in the social sphere on topics like project monitoring and evaluation of results and effects on target groups, Family Group Conferencing method, early child development, child rights, fundraising, volunteering advice for NGOs and business companies, etc. She has been an active member of the 6CRPr Community of Practice since the very beginning of the project in 2014. Currently she is doing a second master degree Psycho-Social Work With Children and Families at New Bulgarian University on the topic of Family Group Conferences as a way to empower children and families.
