Cezar Gavriliuc is the Regional Manager for Eastern Europe at ERIKS Development Partner, currently based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has supervising responsibilities with different child rights projects, implemented by ERIKS’ partner organisations in Belarus, Moldova and Romania. Before 2017 he was the executive director of Child Rights Information Centre (CRIC) in Moldova for 15 years. He is one of the CRIC founders, initiator and coordinator of its numerous projects. Cezar has expertise in different areas of children’s rights, such as children’s participation, education, protection, CRC monitoring and reporting process.
